Am I obligated to sign up if I book a free consultation?

No. Your free consultation will focus on establishing what you want your life to look like 90 days from now, obstacles in your path, and whether we are a good fit to work together. You might realize now isn’t the time for your journey to begin, or that another program or approach might be a better fit. My job in our consultation is to help you identify the best next step for you right now, whatever that is.

How is habit change coaching different?

Habit Change Coaches are certified in specific ways to work with clients to get to the root of habits no longer serving their life goals. Based on decades of behavioral science research, this program goes much deeper than surface-level “life hacks” or tip sheets. During our work together, you will uncover critical sources of intrinsic motivation that serve as the foundation for transformational change that lasts.

do i have to choose between health, life and career coaching?

No. We don’t live our lives in separate silos, likewise, all three areas of coaching have something to offer most clients. I believe in a holistic approach to helping you reach your personal goals. In my own life, I’ve found that using techniques from every area in an integrative way sets the stage for long-term success.

Can you really Fix my life in 90 days or less?

My job as a coach is never to fix because there is nothing wrong with you. I’m here to help you identify what’s holding you back from building the life you want for yourself. Once you know that, I’ll work with you to build and rebuild habits that move you closer to that life. By focusing on small, attainable goals that build on each other over our 12-week program, you can achieve major transformations in 90 days or less.

I love tip sheets. Will I get any of those working with you?

Yes, in addition to our deeper work, I will also equip you with tip sheets and easy-to-learn practices we’ll use to help you form new routines, cut through information overload, and make the most healthy choice available to you in a variety of situations. The difference is you’ll have a full understanding of why the recommendations are there and how they connect to your intrinsic motivation.

How long do sessions last? How much do they cost?

Our initial consultation will last anywhere from 30-45 minutes. Some go longer depending on how deep into the weeds we get with your goals and obstacles. Should we choose to work together, my programs are built around modules consisting of 12 sessions that last 45-55 minutes each. Most clients prefer to meet weekly, but your session pace is up to you. Consultations are free. Sessions cost $150 each.
